Biography
As the Government Affairs manager for Washington, D.C., at Children’s National Hospital, Elizabeth participates in the strategic planning and implementation of legislative activity on behalf of Children’s National in the District of Columbia. She monitors local legislation and regulations and engages with government stakeholders to ensure that children are kept in the forefront of the development of policies and regulations.

Biography
- Austin Morris serves as the Maryland Government Affairs manager for Children’s National Hospital where she is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of legislative activity in the Maryland General Assembly and local government. This includes monitoring legislation and regulatory activities, providing testimony to the General Assembly as well as engagement with industry associations and government stakeholders throughout the state.

- As the Government Affairs Specialist, Abigail Prutchi supports the work of the Government Affairs team in all of its jurisdictions through monitoring hearings, tracking legislation and working with clinicians and staff to advocate for the needs of our patients and community. She also leads programmatic efforts, providing government stakeholders the opportunity to gain an up-close understanding of Children's National Hospital and pediatric health needs.

Biography
Eve Shuman serves as the government affairs manager addressing federal legislation and matters impacting Children’s National Hospital. In this role Eve works with hospital leadership, clinicians and staff to advocate for the needs of the hospital and its patients at the federal level. Eve also liaises with members of Congress, the White House and federal agencies, providing a pediatric perspective to proposed legislation and regulations.
