Research Studies
The Division of Allergy and Immunology is excited to give our patients the chance to join research studies that may help children and their families in the future. Please take a look at the studies below that are now recruiting participants.
Current Research Studies
For ages 4 and older
neffy® Study
Children 4 years or older scheduled for an oral food challenge may be able to participate in a research study using neffy®, an epinephrine nasal spray approved by the FDA to treat allergic reactions.
For families
Xolair® Treatment Study
This study examines families' decisions and experiences about new treatments like Xolair®. We hope to develop educational and clinical programs that support families interested in Xolair®.
For Ages 10-15
Food Allergy Mastery (FAM) Program Study
This study seeks kids ages 10-15 who have had a diagnosed food allergy for at least one year. Families are placed at random within usual care, or within FAM, an online program to help families manage food allergies.
