Physician Relations Team
Our Physician Relations Team is dedicated to providing up to date, relevant information to community healthcare providers about new services, programs, specialists and events for Children's National Hospital. Our liaisons conduct regular visits to referring physicians, respond to concerns and actively seek feedback from providers to ensure that referral processes are convenient and operating well.
Our team offers:
- One point of contact for any referring provider to leadership at Children’s National
- Information on new programs, services, specialists, continuing medical education activities, and other primary care physician-facing events
- Assistance with referrals and communication with specific clinical service areas to solve issues
- Referral pads and fact sheets

To reach our Physician Relations Team, please call 202-476-4418. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you need immediate assistance please contact your physician liaison directly.
Referring Physician Access Line
Referring physicians can contact our providers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call the access line, operators will page the physician on-call for the specialty you need.
