Global Child Health Course

The Introduction to Global Child Health Course is offered two times per calendar year. Sponsored by the Children's National Hospital Pediatric Residency Program and Global Health Initiative, it is intended for pediatric residents but is also open to all Children's National and non-Children's National fellows, faculty, nurses, staff and students.

Diagnose and manage common  diseases seen outside the United States

The principles of bioethics

Clinical judgment and diagnostic skills necessary in lower resource settings through case-based discussion and simulation

Exposure to various careers in the fields of global health research, policy and clinical care
