Children’s National provided a perfect combination of the things I valued in a training program including academic and evidence-based teaching, focus on psychotherapy, and unique opportunities for advocacy among other things. I was inspired by the faculty's commitment to clinical excellence coupled by enthusiasm to spur change in our system and hope to be able to incorporate this in my efforts to be a well-rounded physician and human being.
